Sklar, Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, 1972-73. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (chair, special committee for the celebration of the bicentennial of the constitution, 1985-87). Author, History of the Bar Association of Baltimore City (1980). Co-founder, Museum of Baltimore Legal History, 1984. Co-author, A Bicentennial History of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, 1790-1990 (Baltimore, 1990).
