These files consist of pipe-delimited .txt files output from Division of Vital Records' Mainframe database in individual year increments. The first batch of indices (2002-2014) was transferred in early 2017 and the second batch was transferred in mid 2017 (1973-2001). Some fields in the header are abbreviated, and some data in the columns is coded, but no data dictionary was available at the time of transfer. A PDF access copy, consisting of the most relevant fields arranged in alphabetical order by surname, has been developed by MSA staff and is accessible through MSA SE151.
