This series contains divorce decrees placed in loose chronological order. They give equity case number, plaintiff, defendant, the date the decree was filed, and the agreement between the parties. From 1909-1959 the decrees in this series are typed transcript copies. Beginning in 1960 the divorce decrees contained herein are Photostat copies of the original divorce decrees. Each book contains an index.
