This may not be an assessment record -- "Assessment" is crossed out on the cover, and there are not enough entries for a full county assessment. The page numbers are roughly 360-650. It doesn't appear to be for a transfer book, as there are not enough entries, and numbers don't match entries in the Assessment Ledgers. There are entries for "Alms House" and "Audit Court," which may suggest a levy list rather than an assessment record.
