These files consist of case intake summaries, family assessment worksheets, family service plans, family service agreements, progress notes, risk assessments, correspondence, services provided worksheets, notes on the case, related police reports, reconsideration/termination summaries, supplemental court papers, questionnaires, case narratives, and disposition summaries, among other material; not all documents are found in every case file. The cases are generally ordered by case header number, though some have been found to be out of order. Each case header is associated with one adult, though multiple household children may be involved in the case. The case header numbers are unique to the year in which the case was closed, and restart in each year. Case number ranges in the description column indicate the possible range of cases within the box, but are not comprehensive. Due to refiled and interfiled cases, a given case number may have multiple boxes in which it could appear.
