Series Description
Records related to the printing of the Civil War veteran roster. Contains copies of laws that created commission, incoming and outgoing correspondence, muster rolls and vital statistics of servicemen, as well as War and Navy department service records. Also includes advertisements, volume copyrights, financial records, unit histories, and veteran biographies. Correspondence arranged alphabetically, then chronologically. War and Navy department records arranged by unit, then alphabetically.
