Headings in volumes consist of number, date, applicant, company, regiment, information requested, attorney, residence, forwarded, returned, information received, and when forwarded. Some information requested related to War of 1812 veterans. Many service records of individuals who served aboard the ship Allegheny. Arranged alphabetically.
