Lists of meals or receptions to which a legislative unit has been invited during the legislative session. These lists contain the date, location, and sponsor of upcoming meals or receptions, as well as the identity of the invited legislative unit. The lists are compiled and published as notices every Thursday by the Department of Legislative Services, whom the meals or receptions must be registered with. Arranged by the date each notice was published. Folders also contain addendums to corresponding notices.
