Plats of proposed condominium developments. Rendered on sheets of linen, mylar, or paper, each plat shows a drawing of the proposed divisions within a parcel of land, the placement of the units and other structures, and the floor plans of each unit. The records bear the names of the developer, surveyor, and land owner; scale of drawing; coordinates; courses; distances; approvals and certifications issued by state and local agencies showing legal compliance; recordation and filing dates with the court; and condominium plat number and book reference. Some plats were given regular plat book references and will be found in (Subdivision Plats, BC) in series S1237.
