The instruments provide dates of execution and recording, names of the parties, and descriptions of the land, personal property, or subject matter. Each series unit is a single box, and contains documents separated into folders that are labeled with instrument type, party names, year, and series, unit, and folder numbers. Each unit has a full listing of documents arranged by folder number linked to the unit description.
