Plats filed in civil and equity proceedings and recorded in judicial record books. Most records come from equity cases. The plats in civil proceedings were filed in ejectments, condemnations, insolvencies, and executions of judgment. Some documents are available on microfilm as filmed by the Land Office in 1947, now found in series CM1491. The original volumes of (Judicial Record) are included in series C347 and T258 and on film in series CM161.
