The entries will serve also as an authority file for (Subdivision Plats, BC) in series S1237 and (Condominium Plats, BC) in series S1630. The index is derived from two volumes with entries arranged alphabetically by names of owners, subdivisions, or condominiums.One volume, dated 1851-1932,pertains only to the area annexed in 1918, and includes plats originally recorded in Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties and then copied into the city plat books. This index provides dates and book and page references to plat books or land records. The second volume index dates from 1946 and provides references to plat numbers.
