Record of appraisals authorized by order of orphans' court, giving estate, date, itemized list of personal property, amount, total, witnesses, appraisers, date filed, signature of register of wills; some volumes also contains list of debts. These are arranged chronologically by date recorded. Volume TJ 2 began as a record of inventories in the Howard District of Anne Arundel County from 1848 - 1851; in 1851, Howard County was created, but this volume crossed over into the new jurisdiction. Volume WG 1 precedes this volume, and is found in Series C2692.
