Series Description
Electronic indexes that provide references to (Plat Book) in series C2267 and in (Land Records) in series CM393 and T2346. Entries are arranged alphabetically by names of owners or properties and provide dates, election districts, and book and page citations. In November 1992 the clerk's office began to use the Judicial Information System (JIS) for the indexing of plats. These indexes will serve also as the authority file for (Subdivision Plats, CH) in series S1242. Entries prior to 1933 are included in the land record indexes.
