Series Description
The county copies of subdivision and condominium plats, filed with the circuit court since 1981. The plats are arranged according to book and page numbers. Books 1-5, 1981-1989, contain plats filed in post binders. Book 6, dating from 1989, consists of plats stored as hanging files, many with letters assigned to the page numbers. Book 7, dating from 1999, refers to rolled plats. Another set of twelve rolled documents, labeled Roll 1, exists for 1981-1983. Other plats before and after 1981 are found in (Plat File) in series C2254 and (Plats from Land Records) in series C2248 and C2249. The plats in this series will be used to supplement (Subdivision Plats, CA) in series S1238 as needed to fill in gaps or provide more complete or clearer copies.
