These photographs are a gift from Charles "Duke" Wisner. Mr. Wisner is a retired employee of the Baltimore City Department of Public Works, Sewer and Waste Water Treatment Division.

Most document the city's sewer and waste water treatment system. However, they do include views of the harbor, downtown Baltimore, and two early twentieth-century mayors.
