Entries give name, sex, race, age, marital status, birthplace, date of birth, residence and occupation of decedent; date, place, and cause of death; names and birthplaces of parents; name of spouse, if any; names of attending physician and informant; and date and place of burial. Include deaths occuring in Baltimore City and the counties. Arranged chronologically by year and month, then alphabetically by jurisdiction, and then alphabetically by name of decedent. Access is restricted by law for 10 years after date of death. These records also exist on film, 1973-1979 [MSA SM39, 126 reels].
