Maryland National Guard service records index. Each entry consists of name, Bates (file) number, and date of birth (in year/month/day format). Entries also indicate the box number and its location; see series S1500. In some cases the index may contain entries for service records that were not part of the original transfer to the Archives from the agency and therefore are unavailable.
