Markland Kelly, Presidents of the Baltimore City Council during this period. There is also correspondence from three Baltimore Mayors: Howard Jackson, Theodore McKeldin, and Thomas D'Alesandro, Jr. With regard to the latter there is his letter of resignation from the city council due to his election to the Seventy-Sixth Congress (21 December 1938).
